Tibet House Benefit: Carnegie Hall

Regina Spektor, Patti Smith, Iggy Pop...there were others too but mostly we came to see them. It was AWESOME. By the end of the show everyone was out of their seats, dancing and singing along. Iggy Pop HANDED Kalil his mic at the end of the set. I was as surprised as anyone when this girl Tenzin (who is in my math class and is supposedly a Tibetan pop sensation) came on stage and did a duet of "People Have the Power" with Patti Smith.

I WISH I HAD A CAMERA TO CAPTURE THESE MOMENTS

Just when I think I've gotten away with it...

Doing my evening rounds on the 10-odd fashion blogs I read regularly, I decided to clean up my desktop by quitting multiple applications. Happily scrolling down a page of pictures of the Olsen Twins I am bombarded with an image of my own tired face eating ice cream.
I accidentally opened Photobooth and had been taking pictures of myself.

I would include them but you might judge me.
They're too funny for words.

Art Mine: Sam Eating Apple

This is Sam, he's a twin. He and his brother Max are 11 and they're the best. Sam and Max are my newest muses.

More pics to come soon.

500 Days of Snooki

Prediction: "IT" Shoe 2010

I can almost guarantee that the Raphael Young for Frank Tell boots seen on the runway last week are the Balenciaga "Harness" Boot of the new year.

Gang Signs Were Deemed "Inapro-pro"

Last Friday I dressed up as a giant blood drop.
To promote the blood drive at my school I opted out of going to class all day and instead, ran around the school in a giant, furry, ray-ban wearing, blood drop costume. By the end of the day the mysterious blood drop's identity was revealed and I came clean. My Junior Class President Luther Cherry told me if I threw up "bloods" in costume I might get suspended. I thought it would be funny...I guess not?
